Learner Support Help Desk

Learner notice: It is no longer required to submit a Help Desk Request when you’re seeking learner support! The University has transitioned to a one-on-one support model, and you have been assigned an Academic Advisor who you can contact directly to receive assistance. To find and contact your assigned Academic Advisor, log into the Self-Service platform, then follow these steps:

  1. Click on Student Planning
  2. Click on "Go to Plan & Schedule"
  3. Click on "Advising Tab"
  4. Click on the mail icon next to the "Advisor" to send a direct email for support.
