Learner Support Help Desk

Once a support request is created, a member of our Learner Support Services team will be able to assist you. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests with Learner Support Services. A valid email address is required to submit a support request.

Your needs and inquiries are very important to us. Please note in advance that we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of learner requests at this time. We will do our very best to respond as quickly as possible, in most cases within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PST). Additionally, we recommend first reviewing the FAQs on the Learner Support Help Desk page for answers to some of our most common learner questions.

New Late Registration Policy

We are pleased to announce that Late Registration will be open until the 5th of the month for each term beginning with the December 2021 term. Learners will be able to register for courses up until the 5th of the month via their Self-Service portal.

Disclaimer: CalSouthern allows learners the option of enrolling in a course up to five days after the course start date. Be advised, the learner is accepting responsibility for late course starts and understands no additional time will be granted at the end of the course for any time lost due to a late course enrollment. The learner will be responsible for making up assignments to accommodate the time missed; all work will still be due no later than the course end date and all other policies governing coursework and assignment submission apply and will be enforced. Two optional 30-day extensions are available for a fee should additional time be needed. For more information, please contact the CalSouthern LSS Help Desk.

****IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING DECEMBER COURSES****

You will notice that courses are listed without mentors in the Self-Service Registration for December courses. Mentors will be assigned prior to the December 1 course start. The previous registration process resulted in some mentors exceeding their maximum capacities and their ability to effectively support additional learners. We want to ensure that mentors are specifically assigned to courses that match their backgrounds and areas of expertise. Please also note that if you are granted access to courses prior to the 1st of the month, that no assignments will be accepted until after the course officially begins. This will provide the best opportunity for learners to receive timely and substantial feedback on every assignment. Please contact Learning Support Services if you have any questions or concerns.
