Learner Support Help Desk
Once a support request is created, a member of our Learner Support Services team will be able to assist you. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests with Learner Support Services. A valid email address is required to submit a support request.
Your needs and inquiries are very important to us. Please note in advance that we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of learner requests at this time. We will do our very best to respond as quickly as possible, in most cases within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PST).
