Experiencing trouble logging into the Self-Service or Canvas platform

- Make sure you have successfully Registered for your course. If your course is in Planned status and not Enrolled status within Self-Service, you will not have access to Canvas as you are not Registered in a course yet.
- Learners need to be Registered in a course section in the new Self-Service platform before you can view your Canvas platform: (1) Canvas: Navigation & Functions - YouTube
- Log into Self-Service system: https://csu-ss.colleague.elluciancloud.com. If you are not able to access the Self-Service platform using your credentials, please contact: [email protected]
- If you are registered for a course in Self-Service for the July 1st start date, Canvas will be available the second week in June.
