When creating an account for the Help Desk. Please make sure to use your CalSouthern issued email address, for example, [email protected].

Take note there is a period .between first and last name and in my.CalSouthern.

  • Your account username is case-sensitive.
  • If you enter an incorrect email, you will not receive a response to your request.
  • Please look out for email verification to activate your Learner Support Help Desk account.
